Institute of Education, Heritage and Tourism

The Institute of Education, Heritage and Tourism (IETT) is an independent cultural-scientific center with an advisory, training, study and research character. IETT aims to contribute to the field of education at all levels (preschool, primary, secondary and higher) in projecting school and university textbooks, refining curricula, qualification and training of teachers, headmasters and university lecturers, related to methods of teaching, assessment, psychology, didactics, training, publishing, etc. Regarding historical and cultural preservation, IETT aims to conserve both material and spiritual values through research, documentation, restoration, and related publications. These values constitute a treasure with unique artistic and aesthetic qualities, representing a tradition that contributes to diversity and the rich cultural and artistic landscape of Albanian lands. IETT has an active role in the field of tourism too, especially in family, cultural, and historical tourism, by supporting initiatives that enhance business opportunities, backing tour guides, and promoting tourism activities, as well as by offering instructions and relevant partnerships that promote the advantages of protecting the environment and cultural diversity among Balkan people and beyond.
