Participating in the 2023 NPO Academy was a transformative experience for me, as the leader of an organization that works every day to protect and promote the natural resources of Bulqiza.
During this 1-year journey, I had the opportunity to strengthen my knowledge on organization management, advocacy, and building effective partnerships. The Academy helped me to better structure our ideas and initiatives, turning them into concrete plans that bring real impact to the community.
