My participation in the 2024 NPO Academy was an extremely enriching and inspiring experience. As the director of a research center focused on sustainable development, entrepreneurship, and economic freedom, the Academy offered me an ideal space to reflect on organizational practices and deepen my knowledge in key areas of our work.
Lectures with experts in the field, fruitful discussions, and sharing experiences with colleagues from different organizations were deeply enlightening. This experience helped me further consolidate my vision for the organization, as well as bring to ICG Research new approaches to improve our impact in the community and in policymaking.
For anyone who leads or is part of an NPO and wants to grow professionally, the NGO Academy is an opportunity not to be missed .
