My participation in the 2023 NPO Academy was one of the most valuable experiences in my professional and personal journey.
During this year, I had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge of organization management, strengthen my advocacy skills, and collaborate with dedicated professionals and activists from all over Albania. The Academy provided me with a safe space to reflect, learn, and share experiences, giving me new energy for the challenges I face every day in defending women’s rights and social inclusion.
This program has helped me see my role in the nonprofit sector more clearly and to believe more strongly in the power of networks and collaboration for real change in society.
I am grateful for this experience and recommend the Academy to any professional who wants to grow and contribute more to society.
