The legal service is part of the services of the National Resource Centre for Civil Society, managed by Partners Albania for Change and Development. As part of the Help-Desk service for NPOs and informal activist groups, the legal service includes:

-Legal information and education for NPOs
-Legal advice on the establishment, operation, legal and fiscal compliance, and legal deregistration of NPOs.
