Following the call of European Commission for participation of civil society organizations in the process of preparation of IPA III, National Resource Centre for Civil Society in Albania widely promoted the call and organized a consultation process with CSOs on the IPA III programming framework and process. CSOs provided suggestions in relation to thematic priorities as well as on the process of preparation and implementation of IPA III.
