CSOs Academy is an annual programme that serves as space for non-formal education to enhance skills and develop competencies of civil society organizations executives in Albania. The unique curriculum is offered through contemporaneous learning methodologies.

The Academy is a great opportunity for personal and professional development and for experiences exchange. It has a key contribution in the creation of new generations of professional and committed CSOs executives who will become change actors to contribute in the development of Albanian society. Based on a national need assessment conducted with CSOs and also on CSOs request to our offices, the national and regional Centres every month organize onsite and online training programs for CSOs in each of the regions. The National Resource Centre provides info sessions for CSOs all over the country on EU integration, more specifically on the legislative procedures, the principal and secondary actors, how is linked the procedure with advocacy efforts in the candidate countries, the role of civil society in the EU integration process etc.

Apart the info sessions, NRC offices in Tirana, Shkodra and Vlora, in cooperation with the EU information desks in each municipality of the regions, provides information to civil society organisations on the European Union, its institutions, funding programmes, policies and other relevant information on EU integration process.
